I have several pictures that I got from the negative roll and using the FilmScanner app and light machine, I was able to get the pictures onto my computer. Now, trying to make these pictures look someone decent is really challenging. I have tried using high pass and unsharp mask with no luck. Not sure what I need to do and am running out of patience to figure it out on my own. The picture titled "raw" is what I got from the FilmScanner. "group6" is what I got after messing around with it in photoshop. It's still very blurry....or is it something else? Help please!

Can you see the film grain? I can't here. If not, the film hasn't been held flat enough - or the scanner isn't properly focused.
While it's true that analog film and older optics had nowhere near the resolution of modern digital equipment, this looks out of focus to me.
