Purchased 2 X PlugIns from MarketPlace
Got 2 X emails
Instructions in emails says "If you need help finding out how to access your purchase, please visit My-Addons, and read the 'Where to Find it' section. "
Click on embedded link and browser opens to "My Exchange" page but I don't see the plugins I purchased
Can't work out where are they?

(school / work / personal) ?
Make sure you're using the same account that was used to purchase the plugins.
Yes - logged into same account that purchase the plugins (I only have one Adobe account)
Do you see your plugins in CC Desktop App > Marketplace > Manage Plugins?
