Bouncing issue when dragging by pressing the space bar while using the Lasso tool 올가미툴 그릴때 튀는 문제

This is a problem that did not exist in the previous version, 2020.

I was using 2021 and at some point earlier this year, this bug worked.

I've been waiting for a bug fix every time it's updated, but it's not fixed.

Please help me.

이전버전인 2020에는 없던 문제인데

2021로 사용중 올해초 어느 순간 이 버그가 작동하더군요.

업데이트 될때마다 버그수정을 기다려 보았으나 고쳐지지 않고 있습니다. 

제발 도와주세요.
