boxy interface in photoshop

recently ive noticed that me photoshop looks looks really boxy 

would any of you know how do get it beck to normal

the circled arias are some examples

I am not sure I understand what the problem is. 

Have you tried turning off Window > Application Frame? 

Have you tried different Workspaces (Window > Workspace)?

"Window > Application Frame" is not a Windows option

I don't see the problem either. Please clarify.

@c.pfaffenbichler The screenshot shows Windows. The Application Frame is Mac-only to make PS work in a Windows-like environment. 😊
