Hi! I would like to open jpg files from Bridge directly in PS (not going to Camera Raw first). By double clicking a jpg it is opened in CR! In Bridge I have gone to Preferences -> File type allocation (is this the word?) and set the jpg Option to PS. But it's not working. Does anyone know where the problem is? (Using Win 10 and PS version 24.3.0. and Bridge 13.03.693.

@Harald

That's the icon I was expecting. Right-click > Develop Settings > Clear Settings, then you can open them in Photoshop.

You might want to check to see what the setting are in ACR first, as you will lose those settings when you clear them.

@Harald

Is this for all JPEGs or just some? Once a JPEG has been edited in ACR, it will continue to open in ACR unless you clear the ACR settings (right-click the preview in Bridge).

...and then there is this, in Camera Raw preferences:

You have it set to the second option, "open with settings".
