Bridge to PS resizing bug

when using bridge the tool to resize files (smaller) via ps '23 a window pops up saying not able to resize until ps is updated. PS is updated. How to fix this bug?

Hi @David M Allen this is a new one to me... could you share a screenshot of the message and your workflow so the team can investigate?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
