Bridge unable to create a file in this folder using image process

Greetings all, I'm trying to use the image process to reduce some images size but this error message keep appearing inside Photoshop whenever i try to run the default script, I own my device and I'm the only main user, I tried to change the file location but that didn't solve it

This is a Photoshop issue, not Bridge. Most likely you have security software preventing this.

It doesn't have to be mega precise about which software occur the issue, the script is run by Bridge so it's still related, I got the default windows security software and I didn't have issue in script before with windows secruity on.
