Brush color as texture

Hi, i would like to make exactly this brush texture of an apple in Photoshop, could you please tell me how to do it? I only managed to copy the shape, but I need to copy the whole emoji (viz the picture). Thank you very much in advance.

Edit define brush preset

Object select tool select an apple apple

Ctrl+J create an apple layer

Turn background layer 's visibility off

menu Edit>Define Brush Preset... Name it Apple

Play with Brush settings Spacing
