Brush setting and Wacom

I have a question regarding brush settings and Wacom board. When I set the brush under "Transfer" to have "Pen pressure" it works for a while.

I then get a warning triangle in front and then it doesn't matter what pen pressure I use because there will be a lot of "color" anyway. I use PS's own brushes.

If I restart PS it works again, for a while until the next image I open. How to solve it? I have latest PS.

What does the warning symbol say when you hover over it?
