Brush Strokes Skipping

I've had this issue for a little while now (a month or two?) where my brush strokes skip every now and again. It recognises my strokes normally sometimes and others it decides to "skip" the middle of a stroke or barely recognise the stroke all together (appears as a very faint/non-existent line).

I use a Wacom Intuos Pro Tablet and Photoshop version 21.2.12.

I'm not using any custom brushes, just the basic ones that come with Photoshop.

It only seems to happen in Photoshop (I've tried using MS Paint and Clip Studio Paint and both worked fine).

I've tried resetting my tablet/preferences, installing the latest driver (was skipping with previous driver and current one), testing to make sure my tablet recognises pressure everywhere (it does) and pretty much everything else tablet related.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated 🙂

LATEST

Hi, I'm unable to install the 2020 version (Can't find anything earlier than 21.2.12). Instead, I installed the latest version (22.5.1) and the problem persisted.
