Brush tool slow

Hello:
I have a problem that I don't know how to solve.
It only happens to me with the "brush" tool. When I use it, it is very slow in its execution as you can see in the video attached.
I enclose the characteristics of my computer, adjustments in Ps and the information of the Ps system in file info.txt.

My graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Take it back down to 10%, that's the default value
