I want to change the size of the display of brushes and I saw that I have to acces preset manager, but my brushes aren't there! How do I make them appear?

Several versions ago, most of the presets in the Preset Manager were moved into their own panels.In the Brushes panel, there is a slider at the bottom that adjusts the size.
