Brushes not showing up in brush panel. I have reset prefs folder too. Also, PS hangs on preset sync

I do not know if related but I have 22.4.3 and my brushes do not show up in brush panel. I see only brushes in the brush history.  I have already reset prefs and deleted pref folder.  Also when quitting PS I get a message about Preset Sync in progress and the app just hangs.  I have to kill task in manager.  Windows 10.  Not sure if all these are related issues.

Sorry to hear about this. Could you please try updating Photoshop to version 22.5.1 through the Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know if it helps?
