Hello all!
Since the last updating of Photoshop
With .psb files in 8 bits, the image screen is white.
But if I select a layer R, G or B the image appears.
And when I change in 16 bits the image windows become normal.
Why?

Go to Preferences - Performance - GPU settings - Advanced and uncheck GPU compositing. Then close and restart Photoshop.
GPU compositing will give better handling of larger image files and multiple layers than the older CPU compositing, but may expose bugs in GPU drivers. If turning it off helps, try updating your GPU drivers.
