I am assuming my problem is a bug because I cannot find any settings for it.

Version: 24.6.0 20230615.r.573 15cc86e x64

Platform: Windows 10

Problem:

The blue tooltip and highlight still pops up when clicking the 'properties' and 'adjustments' button. This is despite the 'tooltips' and 'rich tooltips' options being turned off in Preferences. (Video link for reference)

Expected Result:

The blue highlight and the associated blue tooltip should not appear, if the 'tooltips' and 'rich tooltips' options are turned off.

Suggested addition:
A a new tab under the 'Keyboard shotcurts and Menus' that will allow for customisation of what buttons appear in the taskbar.

Go to Window tab and turn off Contextual Taskbar. It has nothing to do with tooltips.

I already have, but this is more to do about ensuring the user experience for the Contextual Taskbar is as smooth as possible.

I would like to use the Taskbar more often without having it highlight a specific window everytime I use those functions.

What is the correct term for the blue highlights and tabs if 'tooltips' is not the correct term?
