Bug in Exporting using Photoshop

Is anyone also experiencing an issue with exporting in Photoshop?

1. Version : 24.2.1
2. Windows 10 Pro
3. Experience Lag while exporting anything on Photoshop. Takes about 57 seconds - 1 minute until the Tab for Export comes out. Also, if I kept pressing export it will show multiple duplicated artboards in the end.

In a first step try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:
