Hello,
I'm having a problem with the Photoshop interface in this situation...
Hardware: MSI WS63 8SK Laptop, Asus ProArt Display PA279CV 27" Monitor. My monitor is connected to the PC via HDMI. I always use the latest version of Photoshop (26.61) Windows 11 pro
When I open Photoshop, the interface opens on the PC, and I have no problems....
When I grab the window with the mouse and drag it across my large screen for more comfort, the display glitches, the mouse pointer is gray, and I can't select anything.
thanks in advance

Hey, @casual_adventurer5CDC/ Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out. Please share the system information from Photoshop Help > System Info > Copy and paste it into a text document > Upload and attach it here.
Do you know if this issue is only with Photoshop? If this behavior spreads across apps, it could be linked to the GPU, or an OS issue on the machine. Please follow the steps here to identify & troubleshoot any underlying issues with the Graphics processor on your machine: https://adobe.ly/3ZCEhmR
Also, could you let me know if this happens with specific documents? Is this image stored on an external drive or in a folder associated with cloud backup services? Working through a network or external drive is unpredictable & is not recommended. Head here to learn more: https://adobe.ly/3A2G2zK
Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

Please try to disable the option to "Use Graphics Procesor" from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
If it helps, you can check out the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html
If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:
Preferences in Photoshop (adobe.com)
Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:
Migrate presets, actions, and settings (adobe.com)
Another try is to enable the Older GPU Mode option in "Preferences" > "Technology Previews" > "Use Older GPU Mode (pre 2016)".
If this all doesn't help, we need more informations about your system. Maybe you can post your Photoshop system info. In Photoshop goto Help > System Info and hit the copy button. Then paste the entire informations into this thread.
