Bug no Photoshop 2025

New Here ,
Apr 24, 2025 Apr 24, 2025

Hi @Motorguns

Thanks for flagging this—let’s work together to get to the bottom of it. While program errors can stem from a variety of causes, a good starting point would be to try the troubleshooting steps outlined here: https://adobe.ly/4jklB2A

If the issue persists, we’d love a bit more information to help us dig deeper:

  • Could you share your system info? You can find this by going to Help > System Info in Photoshop, then copy the details into a text file and attach it here.

  • Is this happening with a specific file? If yes, please upload the file to a cloud service and share the link here—or feel free to DM me directly by clicking on my name and selecting Send Message.

  • Did this issue begin after updating to the latest version of Photoshop 26.6? If you haven’t updated yet, we recommend doing so to see if it helps resolve the problem.

Also, I’m moving this post from the Bugs section to Discussions for now. If we confirm it's a bug, we can shift it back. Appreciate your partnership on this!

Regards,

Srishti
