Bonjour

j'ai changé d'ordinateur et je suis passé sous windows 11 et phostoshop 2024

quand je bouge un peu trop rapidement l'outil main, photoshop semble avoir crashé, mais en fait seul les outils ne sont plus utilisable, mon curseur reste bloqué sur la fleche de la sourie, mais je peux selectionner les calques, enregisrer le document, voir en ouvrir un autre et travailler dessus normalement alors que le document qui etait bloqué le reste

J'ai testé un instal de photoshop 2021, j'ai le meme problème, mais beaucoup plus rarement

Est ce que c'est un bug, ou une nouvelle option qui verouille l'espace de travail que je ne connais pas ?

Have you updated Photoshop to the latest version yet? Does the issue appear on Photoshop 2024 (v25.1)? 

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

If Photoshop is freezing/crashing randomly without an error or crash report, try these basic troubleshooting steps first:

• Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
• Restart the computer & sign in again to the CC desktop app.

If this does not help, ensure there are no pending Windows updates.

If the steps shared above don't help, backup your presets & ensure Photoshop is in the default state; go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup. https://adobe.ly/499jNVn

• Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]
• Press Windows + R & type this is the Run Window - %APPDATA%\Adobe
  
  
• Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2023 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2023. old)

These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install. Let me know if the issue exists.
