Bonjour à tous,

 

J'ai besoin de votre aide s'il vous plaît.

Je pense qu'il y a un bug avec Photoshop et je ne sais pas comment l'expliquer. ça m'empêche de travailler.

Quand je zoom ou dézoom, il y a des fractions de l'image qui restent sur la fenêtre. Ce qui fait que je n'arrive plus à voir mon travail. ça fait comme une sorte de masque en fait.

Est-ce que c'est pareil chez le monde?
J'ai déjà désinstallé le logiciel puis réinstaller, mais le problème persiste.

J'avais fait un engistremetn vidéo pour expliquer, mais je fichier est trop lourd, du coup j'espère que vous réussirez à comprendre avec les photos.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
