Building a Photoshop Action with an Undo in it

So I am trying to build an action that after it crops it undoes that crop after a save so it can crop another area on the same document. But during the recording, it does not seem to pick up the "undo Crop" even when going to File.

1. When recording an undo, switch to the history palette and select the desired step in the history with the mouse

2. Use named history snapshots - this is much more convenient than going back a certain number of steps back (because regardless of the number of operations, you can always return to the state of the document you need).
