Is it possible to save web legacy as mp4? I have it sliced up for instagram and it seems to allow gif but insta wont take gifs only mp4s. Any advice?

Keep in mind i have to export>> save for web legacy>>

I could export as 30 gifs and then automate converting them into mp4s on whichever software does it easiest between PS4, AE or PR

Another option, I need to check if there is a way to export as slices in premiere pro with the save for web legacy technique to mass produce instagram videos

You cannot export mp4 from Save for Web. It is now a legacy function and, as such, will not be developed further.

You can render video to mp4 from the timeline.
