To change the language, you do it in the Creative Cloud app. This will change it for new installs. For existing applications, uninstall and reinstall. Details here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/change-install-language.html

For Photoshop, back up your Preferences first, especially if you have created Actions, Shapes, etc.

But, it is not possible to keep both languages within the SETTINGS/GENERAL/INTERFACE of PHOTOSHOP and change the language whenever you want without having to UNINSTALL PHOTOSHOP????

to change app language, uninstall apps with the undesired language, change your cc desktop app setting to install apps using the desired language, and then reinstall - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/change-install-language.html

Change the Default Install Language for Creative Cloud App. to "English (North America)."

Screenshot 2024-08-23 at 11.18.24.png
Photoshop should not yet be installed in "English (North America)", so install it as is.

The "Locales" folder required for switching languages will be installed.

Screenshot 2024-08-23 at 11.23.57.png
You will now be able to switch "UI Language."

The "Adobe Photoshop 2024 Settings" folder and other folders support multiple languages, so Spanish settings will become English settings.

@kglad

There are more posts in the Photoshop forum about changing language than in the Creative Cloud Desktop forum and it makes more sense there than in CCD.

there may be more posts there, but the fix is strictly cc desktop.  anyway, please stop this argument.  it's exactly what i don't need and it won't help anyone else.
