Camera Raw 6.6

It isn´t possible to install the Plug-In Camera Raw 6.6. It appears a message: some actualizations were not able to install. Update cannot be adopted. Do you have a solution?

Now I´m using the Camera Raw 6.5 at Windows 7 and it works very fine. But maybe I´ll buy the Powershot S100 and so I´ll need the Camera Raw 6.6. Thank you for your help!
