Sorry, on your link are only the Camera Raw from 10.5 to 15 available. Not 8.3 and 9.9

The only download I know available that is that old is listed on this page for v 9.1.1:

What camera(s) raw files are you wanting to process?

I am using PS CS6 and LR 6. My raw files are orf from the olympus OMD5, OMD 1 and OMD 1 Mark II

So photoshop cs6 can only use up to Camera Raw 9.1.1, so that will open the OM-D E-M1 and OM-D E-M5 ORF files.

You would need to use LR6 and open the OM-D E-M1 Mark II ORF files into photoshop cs6 from LR 6 or use the free Adobe DNG Converter to convert the OM-D E-M1 Mark II ORF files to dng copies which should then open in photoshoop cs6.

In both Photoshop CS6 and LR 6 you can try Help>Updates and see if that will get you Camerac Raw 9.1.1 for ps cs6 and LR 6.14 for Lightroom.
