Camera Raw make my Photoshop freeze when I launch it

As the title says, my Photoshop freezes when I click on Camera Raw (the plugin doesn't even launch). Before this happen, I had the error "Camera Raw requires GPU acceleration". To resolve this, I installed a former version of PS and cleaned and installed camera raw again. It does the same thing. So I redownloaded latest PS version. Re cleaned et re installed camera raw and it does the same thing again. I urgently need it. What can I do ?

So now, there isn't the problem of GPU acceleration but Photoshop freezes. I forgot to get there in my message.
