Camera raw update for cs6 for Sony A7iii raw images

I have an older version of Photoshop CS6.
ARW files from Sony A7iii can't be opened.
the latest version of Camera RAW is 9.1.1
is there another update that can fix this issue?

There are no further updates for ACR for CS6 that I'm aware of, you can of course use the Adobe DNG Converter
