@Rsayan007  it's preferred to have a dedicated GPU for Photoshop, Photoshop can run on that system but there's no guarantees it will run smoothly and you may have issues with the Intel GPU, you'd be better off with 32 GB of RAM, a 4 to 8 GB recent GPU, a fast SSD for the scratch disk with a minimum of 100 GB of free space
