that actually works ? i've spend countless hours combing through google and trying different hacks, and i have to actually get on with my work. any advice appreciated; because the PS neural filter does not.
People have been restoring damaged photographs with Photoshop for a while now and Neural Filters may have made that even easier, but if that is not enough it would really be good to see the images in question.
I doubt there is another one that works quite the same way. Neural filters are demanding on hardware. I actually bought a new system a while back, because the Neural filters kept crashing the old one. They all work fine now.
