Two things here.
First, your licence enables you to have PC active on two PCs but only one can be used at any one time. If you try and activate a third you would need to de-activate one of the others.
The second is that the licence is for personal use not for sharing with others.
I will add a link to the terms and conditions when I get back to my office.

Hi
These are the terms of use that refer to installations
https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/cc/en/legal/servicetou/Software_Terms-en_US_20200416.pdf
Section 1.1 states "Your subscription lets you activate the Software on up to two devices (or virtual machines) at a time, however, you may not use the Software on the two devices simultaneously".
This link refers to the personal use of the software:
https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/terms.html
Section 6.2(c) refers to user conduct and states you must not "enable or allow others to use the Services or Software using your account information"

As Dave explained, you can only use adobe software for your own personal use, so your daughter legally would have to buy adobe software seperately. And, as Dave said, it's two computers, one at a time.
