Can I upgrade the storage only?

I am on the photography plan, I am happy with the apps and don't need anymore but 20gb storage just isn't enough. Is there a way I can upgrade how much storage I have without having to pay for extra apps I won't use?

When I try it doesn't give an option to talk to someone, just takes me through the stupid set of FAQs. How do I actually speak to someone?

It still isn't working, no pop up comes up. It's really annoying me now, how can it be so bloody difficult to pay for an upgrade!!!
