Can my PC be upgraded to Adobe Creeative Cloud?

Hi All.

I'm considering purchasing a subscription for the Adobe Creative Cloud but I'm pretty sure my PC isn't up to the task. I want to ask if my PC can be upgraded so that it is suitable.
This might be one for the PC tecchies.
