I have tried to change color mode to RGB and 8 bits/channel, but I still can't save it as JPG and PNG. It shows that I can only save as PSD, PSB, PDF and TIFF. Are there anyone have the same problem with me? Plz help me. Thanks

Which version of Photoshop? Are you aware of recent changes? Try using Save a Copy from File menu https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/saving-images.html

I've tried using "Save a Copy" and successfully save it as JPEG. Thank you so much.

File formats that don't support all current properties of the file are now moved to Save A Copy.

For jpeg that means the file can not have layers of any kind, transparency, alpha channels or 16 bit depth. If it has none of these, it will comply with the jpeg specification and will appear in Save As.

You can revert to the old Save behavior in Preferences.
