My start up disc with all my apps was full. I cloned it to a new larger start up disc containing all my apps including my creative cloud apps,Photoshop , Lightroom Classic etc. Now when I try to launch Photoshop CC ot Lightroom Classic CC they appear on screen and ar shortly followed be the following warning splash screen."

Sorry, Photoshop has encountered an error and needs to close.
You will not be able to use Photoshop at this time. Please contact  customer support and use the reference code 205 for more information on how to resolve this issue. I have been unaable to resolve the issue. I am using a late 2012 Mac Pro desk top running Mojave 10.14.6. Lightroom Classic version 11.4.1.
Do I need to trassh my Creative Cloud Apps and then reinstall? If I do What could I loose? Will I still have access to my LRC history and catalogues? I'd apreciate some advice. Thank you. P

Cloning software never works correctly.

Normally I'd tell you to uninstall and reinstall but your computer wont meet current requirements for software as only 2024 and 2023 apps are available. If you uninstall and have 2020 or 2021 software, you won't be able to get that back.

An option would be to uninstall cleanly and then install using the 2019 packages from ProDesign Tools:

A better option would be to move the documents and files off the startup disk freeing up space for your applications or removing other apps besides Creative Cloud keeping the software on the original startup disk.

Photoshop stopped working on my old 2012 iMac a while ago - like 3 years ago. It still worked but I had to use lots of work arounds and stopped trying over a year ago. While not the answer you want to hear - it's time to upgrade your hardware.
