Its like the colors of my spot healing are being inverted.. I thought it may be the filters i was using when i was doing skin smoothening. But after export and open to a new file its still acting the same...

Can you explain further your problem. Inverted colors means opposite colors. I do not see that in your video. Can you post screenshot or video with entire window and Layers panel visible?
