When I try to open psdc files older than 2 months and i get this error:

Opening on the web app also dosent work:

Or downloading the file:

I have plenty of space on the cloud:

The same happens with AIC (who is the owner?):

All files with grey cloud are locked for me:

Recent files work fine:) And there is nothing wrong with connection and ownership there.

I want to restore these files, its 4 years of files on there.

Please help

Larisa

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

This is one of the main reasons why I never save anything important to the cloud. I have all my files saved in two places locally on the computer, and on two external drives.
