I cant download any of neural filters in Ps 23.0.1 os: WINDOWS 11

Sorry to know that you are unable to download neural filters in Photoshop 23.0.1,
Would you mind sharing your system's specifications?
Is there any error message that you see? 

Please do the following troubleshooting Go to Preferences > Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor and restart Photoshop.
If that helps, you can then update the GPU driver, reboot your computer, then re-enable Use Graphics Processor in the Performance Preferences and
restart Photoshop. Check this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

And if that doesn't work,

1. Go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\

2. Delete the PluginsStorage folder.

3. Restart Photoshop.

Hello, 

I have exactly the same problem. 

I have deleted the folder you've mentioned. 

But all neuralfilter download is blocked at 0Ko on 215,1M   

What can I do please?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing something similar. We're here to help. Which version of Photoshop and operating system are you using?

The download could be due to a network issue if the download is not beginning. Sign out of Creative Cloud and restart the machine. Change the internet connection & sign in again to creative cloud and launch Photoshop as an administrator.
