Can't download template file from this free resource

Hi there

There doesn't appear to be a download link for this free resource --> https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/discover/article/free-chrome-effects?trackingid=Y69SGQ5S&mv=email

The link keeps downloading Photoshop installer instead. 

Is it possible to get the template file?

Click on Open in Photoshop on the page that the link takes you to.

Hi Peru Bob 

When I click that link, the attached screen shows up, and then my Adobe CC app opens up, but nothing happens and the file doesn't open, nor does anything show in my Photoshop. 

And if I then click the link - Restart download on that page, it downloads a Photoshop installer file, which I don't need, because I have Photoshop installed on my computer. 

Do you have any other tips or advice?
