New Here ,
May 20, 2021 May 20, 2021

I will attach a photo of the problem. Extensions doesn't even appear when I go to my windows and no matter how many times I reset all my settings in photoshop, I cannot get the extensions to appear.

I have the newest MacBook Air

I figured it out. I installed the Rosetta 2 app and that fixed everything with legacy extensions.

Hi @Lisa5C07

The forums are glitchy when trying to look at attached images and I couldn't see yours. You can insert it in a reply window with the Insert Image button (mountain and sun).

Here's how to enable extensions on your Mac:

You need to enable Rosetta on the M1 macs by enabling it associated with the info view associated with photoshop.  This video covers it but there is probably a performance hit.

How do we fix it on windows

By @Southern Lake

You added to a 3-year-old thread about legacy extensions on macOS.

For assistance, please start a new thread (Photoshop forum, then the Blue "Post" button). Include your versions of PS and Windows, plus the legacy extensions you are trying to install.
