I have tried so many things, looked up so much, but it's never exactly what my problem is. I cannot get the Rotate tool to work, it just gives me the "Could not complete request because it only works with OpenGL enabled document windows." But in my preferences, "Use Graphics Processor" is on. (checkmarked)
Under that is an Advanced Settings and "OpenCL" and "Anti-alias guides and paths" are both checked but "30 Bit display" is not.
Under Help > Graphics Processor Compatability check EVERYTHING is green.
And here's my comuter info: Device name DESKTOP-8EA81A1 Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable) Device ID 818619F0-3A94-478B-81A2-6E00C9713C8F Product ID 00330-71315-27058-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch Pen support
Please, I can rotate the canvas in SO many other programs. I use ToonBoom Harmony flawlessly and rotate the canvas all the time. Why did Photoshop start throwing a fit over it? Please someone tell me what I'm doing wrong!
Hi, rotate tool is working fine in 2021 try to reset your preferences or check on the 2021 version if not works on the current version or if you updated the 2022 version try to install the full version of 2022...regards
