Can't open Cloud Docs since upgrading to v23. "Not compatible with this version of Photoshop." Why?

v23 has brought a lot of problems so far; first the touchscreen crashes, and now the difficulty accessing my own body of work. Why am I getting this error?

Is this normal? Why wasn't there some kind of warning? Why isn't there a way to convert the documents, like in Premiere when it creates a compatible copy of an old Project file?

I can download the file through the web interface as a PSD, and then open it and save it as a new Cloud Document, but that's obviouly not an ideal situation! And I now have GIGS of Cloud Files I can't open directly anymore.

Do I have to go through my entire library one by one, download, convert, upload, then delete the old file? That's insane.

Please tell me this is a bug?
