can't open photos from lightroom

Right click on photo (raw) and select edit in Photoshop, Photoshop open but the image does not open

the images are on the local hard drive

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that the "Edit in Photoshop" function in Lightroom is not working.

Could you please let us know what is version of Windows you're working on?

Also, is there more than one version of Photoshop installed on your system? Which image format are you working on?


Could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Lightroom's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Lightroom and let us know if it helps? Do you have Photoshop running (in the background) when you select a file to "Edit In Photoshop"? Are the original copies available in your Lightroom, or it is the Smart previews of the files?
