I've been trying to just open any .png file, but my PS 2022 cannot do so. It doesn't even try. if I drag and drop it does nothing. If I open file with PS 2022, it opens PS 2022, but then does nothing. If I use the open file menu it does nothing. It doesn't matter what folder, or hard drive I try opening a file from, none of them will open. I've tried importing through lightroom, and nadda.
Pretty frustrating that this isn't working given I've never had this problem before, let alone with a paid service designed to explicity open image files....
Is it all PNG Files? I'm not seeing any other reports like this. If it's specific files, can you please share one through a link to CC files or Dropbox?
Same problem. .png files seem corrupted all of a sudden. pixelated... can't even see my smooth black sig on a transparent background unless you flatten... then still pixelated. Had issues with creating an adjustment layer too (just got a white box with marching ants border) in case related
