Can't open video files in Photoshop 20222

Hi. I'm having trouble uploading my video files on Photoshop 2022. I am using a MacoOSMonterey laptop. For some strange reason,  even though other dekstops I've used proir that are running on Monterey are able to upload video files to Photoshop, my laptop strangely doesn't. Everytime I try to upload a video to PS, I keep getting this. Is there any reason for this? Can anyone help me?
