Can't Save Files Due to Error?

Hi, today (and for the first time) I have not been able to save files with PS. I get an error message. It was working fine before today. I installed PS a few weeks ago. Weirdly it is only sometimes but there seems to be no reason for it.  The message is … Could not save “file” because write access was not granted.

Photoshop is in the list but I can't check anything in that list.
