Can't save to cloud document

I've encountered a technical problem, with the new update, where I am unable to save files to the Adobe cloud. Whenever I click on the "save as" option it directs me to option to save it locally. The button for "save to cloud documents" is still there but I cannot click on it. Thank you in advance for all the help.

Do you launch Photoshop via the Creative Cloud desktop app? 

 

Please check if the issue exists if you launch Photoshop via the Creative Cloud desktop app. I've moved your post to discussions for now.

Yes, I have launch Photoshop through the Creative Cloud desktop app. It used to work, but now it doesn't.

Thanks for sharing this. Does this happen when you try to save a flat document? Try creating a layered document & user Save As.

Hi @Sameer K, thank you for replying.

 

And yes, this happens when I try to save it as a flat image. It tried to "Save As" as a layered image, but it still doesn't allow me to save it into the cloud documents.

 

Do I have to, perhaps, change the file format? Currently I'm trying to save it as "Photoshop (PSD, PDF, PSDT)
