I'm using the Mac.

When I receive someone else's work, I often don't see the text layer like a screenshot.

It's not just me, and so are others.
I want to know the cause of this problem,

and I want to know the solution, because this problem is so fatal to my work.

I also attach a file that causes a problem.

Hi @haein25304268xcgb sorry to hear this. Curious if this is something new or is this an issue that you have had for a while?

Here is a page that might help you solve this: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop.html

If you are still having issues, please let us know.

Thank you,

Looks like these font layers are using "iannnnnDUCK Regular", Do you have this font installed on your system @haein25304268xcgb?

If not, do you see the layers if you change the font to something else that's installed to your system?

Regards,

Pete
