Hello! I have a problem. Whenever I open a document in photoshop I can't see the window/document bar which shows how many documents I have open and which one I'm working on. I also can't see the bar at the top, where you can click for example "Edit" and get a dropdown menu (it might be called something, I'm fairly new to photoshop). I can however still click the different options, but the bar appear invisible. Instead I just see right through to the starting menu in photoshop where you can see your cloud documents and more.
I've tried everything I can think of to solve this problem. I've restarted Photoshop, restarted my computer, reset my preferences, and I've re-installed Photoshop. Nothing works, and I'm desperate for a solution.

I use Adobe 2020 version 21.0.2 on a Windows 10 HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cd0xx

Hi there,

We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop 2020 on your Windows 10 machine.

Would you mind checking if there are any updates available for Windows and the Graphics card you have on the computer? If there are any updates available, please install the updates and restart the computer to check if that helps.

You can also try and reset the Preferences of Photoshop to check if that helps. You can check the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/preferences.html

It looks like the top toolbar is not docked to the document window. Try resetting the workspace. In the upper right hand corner you can choose difference workspaces including resetting the workspace that is enabled.

You may want to backup your actions, brushes, etc. prior to resetting the preferences. Please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

I'm late to the party, but I think I might know why, for future reference. You might have hit the "F" key by mistake, which reduces incrementaly the UI you see on screen. Just re-hit "F" until it goes back to full UI.
