I can't update Ai and PSD and cant use the artificial Intelligence any more

Are you trying to update Illustrator and Photoshop? What error message do you see? Please share more details so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

With Artificial Intelligence do you mean 'Generative Fill'?

Hi @defaultfgve9r98dn1e the beta software is not an update to the general public releases of the software. You can find the beta installers here:

If you do not see the Beta Apps tab, are you in a managed environment like Enterprise or Education? If so, you'll need to contact your plan adminstrator.
