How big is the "Photoshop HD" drive and is "Backup Plus" a backup of "Photoshop HD"?

If you attach a drive that isn't used by a backup utility or Time Machine does the drive report the correct size?

Engineering would also like some logs to diagnose the problem, please do the following:

  1. Download this PSUserConfig.txt
  2.  Place the file here: ~Library/Preferences/[Photoshop_version]Settings/
  3. A new log (usually prefixed with pslog_) for each Photoshop session will be written to
    • Windows: "C:\Users<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <YEAR>\Logs"
    • Mac: "/Users/<USER>/Library/Logs/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop <YEAR>"
  4. Share the logs by posting a URL to the log file using CC files or dropbox, or something similar
  5. After the logs are shared, you can remove the PSUserConfig.txt file

Hi Sean,

Are you using the Seagate Toolkit software to manage your backups? Can you share a screenshot of how you have it configured?

Thanks,
Hannah
